Oliver Kastens
Oliver Kastens is the managing director of KOKO GmbH. He is one of the leading European experts in the field of crowd management and event safety. He works on and establishes new working methods and integrative concepts for large events.
He is a specialist author and published the book “EVENT SECURITY – Handbook for protection at events” in 2013. This work is the guideline for the basic training for security staff at large events.
Oliver Kastens studied “Crowd Safety Management” at the Buckinghamshire New University in the United Kingdom and with this he is one of three German graduates who have an academic title in this field.

This orientation system was developed by us and is used by emergency personnel. It makes it easier for stewards and emergence paramedics to find the entrance to barrier lines in crowded areas.
